Job Opportunity- IT Help Desk Technician
with 5+ years of experience to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain efficient IT operations for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to operating systems, software, and peripherals.
Manage IT tickets and escalate unresolved issues.
Install, configure, and update software and security patches.
Provide user training and assist with account management.
Maintain IT inventory and ensure software license compliance.
Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and deployments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of IT support experience.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems.
Knowledge of IT security, including antivirus, firewalls, and encryption.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
