HR specialist

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce or any related field.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations,etc.
Experience in conducting interviews, onboarding, and managing employee relations is preferable.
Skills:
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR Supervisor and Senior HR Management:
Work closely with the HR supervisor and senior HR team to ensure that HR tasks and initiatives align with the organization’s overall business goals and objectives.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the company's mission, values, and strategic direction.
Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Assist in HR Reporting:
Assist in generating various HR reports, including but not limited to headcount analysis, employee turnover, and training metrics.
Provide insights and data to support HR decision-making, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key HR metrics to senior management.
