Position: HR Officer / Generalist
Location: Abu Dhabi

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Female HR Officer. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR functions, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices to effectively manage the HR operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
 Oversee employee relations and resolve any employee grievances in accordance with UAE Labor Law.
 Handle compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
 Support performance management initiatives, ensuring regular appraisals and performance reviews are conducted.
 Plan and implement learning and development programs that align with the company’s goals.
 Provide advice and support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
 Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR-related activities.
 Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement HR strategies that support the company’s overall objectives.
 Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
 Mandatory HR Certification (e.g,CHRM,CHRMP,CHRP,CIPD, SHRM).
 Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Officer/Generalist in the UAE.
 Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and regulations.
 Proven experience in HR planning, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.

Additional Requirements:
 Candidates must be available in the UAE.
 Must available to attend interview directly in Abu Dhabi.
 Prefers immediate joiners only
