Working Days : Sunday to Thursday
Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a (Human Resources) HR Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources programs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Qualifications - Competences
Cairo resident is a must
BSc/BA in any Relevant University .
Experience at least 2 years in HR
Profound analytical skills & reports processing.
Excellent organizational awareness & team management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
