We’re Hiring  HR Admin Assistant
Location: Dubai
Company: Al Jaber Gallery

Al Jaber Gallery is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in HR operations and a passion for supporting employees and ensuring compliance, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and file handling
Support work permit processes and related coordination
Maintain and update Zeta HRMS with accurate data
Oversee employee insurance and passport documentation
Liaise with department heads and ensure HR policy compliance
Draft HR letters and assist with contract renewals


Requirements:
Proven administrative and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Previous HR experience preferred
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and Zeta HRMS is a plus
