Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives
Advise leadership on emerging tech and trends
Oversee IT infrastructure, software, and applications
Ensure cybersecurity protocols and data protection compliance
Manage system uptime, performance, and disaster recovery
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and tech partners
Ensure IT compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
Supervise daily IT operations and hardware/software management
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years in IT leadership roles
Experience in Insurance – preferably Medical Insurance
Proven success in developing and executing IT strategies
Expertise in Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, and Automation
Solid background in high-level IT project management
