Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Dubai
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripheral
Support Office 365 applications (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint)
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Support Windows 11 migration process
Handle MDM, Microsoft Intune, and domain-joined devices
• Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Experience with Office 365, Windows OS (10/11), and basic networking concepts
