Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Officer to handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insurance-related processes, handling employee requests, and supporting various departments with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage insurance-related activities, including:
Obtaining quotations and processing new insurance applications
Handling policy renewals, extensions, and amendments
Managing additions and deletions for group medical insurance
Requesting certificates and processing claims/reimbursements
Coordinate air ticket requests for terminated employees
Maintain organized filing systems and records
Support teams with administrative tasks to improve workflow efficiency
Monitor office expenditures and manage administrative contracts
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Address employee concerns and complaints professionally
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of insurance procedures is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
An Executive Assistant in Abu Dhabi, with extensive experience in supporting C-level executives and strong administrative skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities. The candidate must already be in the UAE. ...
