We are looking to hire an experienced Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferably Filipino female  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit, and loss statement and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assisting with monthly closings and account analysis and supporting the Senior Accountant and the Finance Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.
• Provides a variety of internal and external requests regarding cost analysis and financial statements.
• Ensures service and operating standards are met when processing all site financial transactions.
• Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Should hold University degree in Accounts / Finance / Commerce
• Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience as Accountant- UAE experience is preferable.
• Exposure to taxes like VAT is desired
• Good working knowledge of MS Office ( specifically Excel),any ERP like NAV/Oracle/SAP)
• Ability to handle Accounts work independently from data entry to finalization and audit and submitting MIS Reports to concerned Line Manager and Directors

Strong attention to detail.
