Senior Technical Support Engineer Position
We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer with 7+ years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage & secure Linux servers
Deploy & maintain Docker/Kubernetes setups
Lead help desk strategy & KPIs
Troubleshoot & optimize 3CX systems
Oversee database performance & clustering for high availability
What We Need:
Bachelor's in CS/Engineering
Deep expertise in Linux, Docker, K8s, 3CX, and DB management
Proven experience improving help desk efficiency
Excellent communication & teamwork skills
Work Location Heliopolis, Cairo.
Work Style: Hybrid.
