Daoud Construction is Hiring: Personnel Manager
Location: Kasr El Nil st, Cairo- Egypt. (Metro Station: Mohamed Naguib)
Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday ( 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM)

Duties:-
 Overseeing the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, payroll, social insurance, and offboarding—while ensuring legal compliance.
 Keeping our HR policies up to date and aligned with Egyptian labor laws.
 Managing payroll processing to ensure salaries are accurate and on time.
 Handling social insurance, tax authority matters, and labor office interactions.
 Addressing employee relations issues professionally and fairly.
 Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data confidentiality.
 Staying ahead of labor law changes and HR best practices.
 Working closely with different departments to support business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Proven experience as a Personnel Manager, preferably in the Construction/ Real Estate industries, if applicable].
 Strong hands-on knowledge of Egyptian labor law, social insurance regulations, Labour Office procedures, and tax authority requirements.
 Excellent understanding of payroll processing and HRIS systems.
 Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
 Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
