Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Technical Developer with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle ERP development, specializing in PL/SQL programming, Oracle Forms development, and OAF web page development. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in customizations, integrations, extensions, and interfaces across Finance, SCM, and HRMS modules. This role requires the ability to work effectively under high pressure and a willingness to travel onsite for short durations (1 week to 10 days) during critical project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement Oracle R12 customizations, integrations, and extensions.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts, Oracle Forms, Reports, and OAF-based web pages.
• Enhance system functionality using Oracle APIs, Workflow, and Concurrent Programs.
• Manage data conversions, inbound/outbound interfaces, and custom reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Oracle ERP applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Provide technical documentation and training for implemented solutions.
• Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure environments and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to travel onsite for short durations (1 week to 10 days) during critical project milestones.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 12 years of experience in PL/SQL programming and Oracle Forms development.
• At least 2 years of experience in OAF (Oracle Application Framework) web page development.
• Strong expertise in Finance, SCM, and HRMS modules in Oracle R12.
• Hands-on experience with customizations, extensions, integrations, and interface development.
• Proficiency in Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, and XML Publisher.
• Experience with Oracle APIs, Web Services, and REST/SOAP integrations.
