Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office procedures, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting staff to maintain an efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Organize and maintain office records, files, and databases.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Oversee administrative staff and support team members with various tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
Assist in HR-related tasks, including recruitment support, onboarding, and employee records management.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
He must have License.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or Executive Assistant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
