Hello, my name is Nagoor, and I am currently working as a QE Lead at RBC.I have over six years of experience in both manual and automation testing having Strong background in quality assurance processes & methodologies and UAT and functional Testing with Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.. I am holding a ISTQB Certification at foundation level. In my current role, I am leading projects focused on critical areas such as statement generation, transactions, offers and TRIAD strategies. My expertise lies in ensuring high-quality deliverables testing processes, and mentoring teams to achieve project goals efficiently. Apart from BAU i am responsible for reporting and management of KM document & review supporting the entire RBC with Ad-hoc requests.
