Industrial Accounting is my career since 1992. I left this career only to work as an external auditor for less than a year then i got back. Joined Donadony making my very best to reach its goals my duties are the following 1- Financial controlling 2- New Project studies 3- Financial Policy & Procedures Preparation and applying 4- Improve Costing measurements, controlling, and cost reduction 5- Periodic results issuing and approving 6- Annual Budget preparation & tracking 7- Training & evaluation accounting teem 8- Assets tracking and insurance as a part of risk management program 9- Redirecting the cost & revenue centers to achieve better performance 10- Chart of accounts restructure to get modern, professional standardized chart of accounts 11- Creating a strong and deep reporting tool based on accurate data base 12- Good and reliable Cash flow 13- Financial & costing statements analyses (variances and cause of change) 14- Implementing & Applying & selecting suitable ERP system 15- Suggesting ideas to improve and resolve critical issues 16- Expansion and growing the investments according to the strategic planning 17- Facilitate all financial procedures in addition to tight and strong controls
