Planning and overseeing building projects or renovations.  Preliminary planning based on Architectural drawings.  Responsibilities include site execution & MEP co-ordination works of electromechanical building services related to Fire-fighting , HVAC, Plumbing systems.  Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.  Supervising daily operations of a facility to ensure efficiency.  Study the drawings, specifications, BOQ, and coordinate the worker with other contractors.  Consisted of HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, and furniture replacement and/or repair, etc.  Essential duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: Preventative and corrective maintenance of each property, interior, and exterior.  Plumbing, Fire, HVAC, fixtures, mechanical, preventative maintenance on tools and machinery.

Monitor works while meeting targets on quality, timely completion and complying with construction Safety regulations.  Responsibilities include site execution & MEP co-ordination works of electromechanical building services related to Fire-fighting , HVAC, Plumbing systems.  Study the drawings, specifications, BOQ, and coordinate the worker with other contractors.  Arranging and forecasting of manpower, material, machineries as per project requirement.
