We're Hiring: UI/UX Developer
We're looking for a talented UI/UX Developer with 2-4 years of experience to help drive user-centered designs and improve our web applications' functionality and aesthetics. This role will be pivotal in shaping the digital user experience and working closely with our WebOps team to ensure smooth, intuitive interfaces.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to create responsive and user-friendly web designs
Conduct user research, testing, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience
Translate wireframes and prototypes into visually appealing, functional web interfaces
Optimize web designs for performance, accessibility, and scalability
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of UI/UX design experience in a web development environment
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge is a plus)
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and a user-first mindset
