 Technical Training Engineer (Fixed Plant Mechanical)

We are seeking a Technical Training Engineer (Fixed Plant Mechanical) to join our dynamic Learning & Development team at Sukari Gold Mines. This pivotal role involves developing and delivering structured training programs to enhance the skills of mechanical maintenance employees, fostering competency-based learning, and providing on-the-job coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training packages, including materials, assessments, and training aids.
- Conduct skill gap analysis and maintain training needs assessments.
- Deliver competency-based training programs focused on mechanical systems, pumps, conveyors, crushers, and hydraulic systems.
- Provide assessments, coaching, and mentoring for maintenance teams.
- Offer on-the-job coaching at scheduled times.
- Support field mentoring for the Applied Technical School program and vocational training initiatives.

Requirements:
 Experience: 3-5 years in a relevant field.
 Education: BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
 Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
 Computer Skills: Strong proficiency with computer tools.
 Certification: TOT certification is preferred.

 Job Location & Accommodation:
Marsa Allam, Red Sea
-Work Schedule: (20 days on / 10 days off)
- Home to Site Transportation provided.
