Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition in the IT sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers to understand their hiring needs
Conduct interviews and screen CVs
Build and maintain a strong candidate database
