Nebras Technology is hiring Technical Support Engineer to join our team.
As a Technical Support Engineer in the Nebras technical support team, you will be responsible for deploying applications and resolving customer technical issues. Key strengths for this role would be motivated, keen to learn, strong customer service and technical problem-solving skills, someone who embraces challenges.
Job Description:
We care deeply about delivering amazing after-sales experiences.
Prepare servers and deploy applications (Remote and in-site).
Provide training and customer support for our applications and services (Application Support).
Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues for customers.
Strong aptitude and attitude for handling and communicating with customers.
Provide and share detailed documentation with the team.
Respond to Customer tickets and chat inquiries and provide efficient and relevant feedback on customer status.
24/6 support with rotational shifts (hybrid).
Follow up on solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Perform hybrid system maintenance and monitoring.
Manage software upgrades, including coordinating with customer.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related fields.
1 to 2 years’ experience.
Solid knowledge of Windows configuration and troubleshooting of Networks and Servers.
Good Knowledge of SQL database (preferred).
Good troubleshooting, investigative, and communications skills.
Good communication skills face to face and over the phone and able to convert heavy technical information to a non-technical audience.
Extrovert nature with a lot of self-awareness in regards to own strengths and weaknesses.
Structured, methodical, analytical and systematic in problem solving.
Ability to forge and maintain relationships with customers.
Must be a team player.
Able to work on-calls for facilities that requires 24/7 support.
