Technical Support Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities :
Inspecting Inverters and drives also conducting routine maintenance.
Providing technical support for variable speed drives.
Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
Receive end-user calls.
Research, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
Provide customer training on different Solar solution.
Requirements :
BS degree in Electrical Engineering,
1- 2 years in experience in solar energy field.
Experience in solar energy systems is extra requirement
· Location: Must be able to work on-site at the 6th of October City office.
