Responsibilities
Collaborate with all team members to architect, conceptualize, and ship new features regularly
Build and maintain API services
Write technical specs documents
Improve the performance and code quality
Recruit and mentor team members
Contribute to product strategy sessions
Continuously research to learn and adapt to the latest technologies and best practices while promoting it across the company
Operate with an Agile and growth mindset
Be an active Scrum team player
Communicate technical aspects with different stakeholders like Product Owners, Operations, Sales and Marketing
Job Requirements
3-5 years of working experience in one or more of the following:
Ruby on Rails
Python with Django
Javascript with nodejs
Familiarity with JSONAPI-spec is a bonus
Database experience with MySQL and MongoDB
Software engineering Patterns: MVC
Can tame AWS cloud infrastructure
The knack for performance optimization
Familiarity with HTTP caching
Proficiency with Git for version control
Fluency in English is a must
Experience with client-side apps is a bonus
