Proven 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
