Position: System Assurance Specialist
Contract duration: Full time.

Main Function:
This role involves coordinating multiple parties, supporting and driving lab testing activities, and developing a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, particularly in terminal automation systems.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage communication between various stakeholders, including terminal staffs, IT teams, and external partners.
• Support the preparation and execution of application testing related to terminal operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate collection, analysis, and documentation of test data.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure reliable test results.
• Develop and implement new testing protocols and procedures in collaboration with the team.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for terminal automation systems, and IT-related processes.
• Participate in training programs to gain a deeper understanding of terminal operations and the broader business.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the terminal and the broader organization.
Qualifications:
• Experience working with terminals automation system is a must
• Experience working in a technical capacity in the oil and gas industry
• Experience from 2-3 years
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering
• Technical diploma with ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business practices.
• Advanced knowledgeable of Project Completions activities and typical commissioning practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
