Company Overview:
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Specialist/Media Buyer with a deep understanding of the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. As our Social Media Specialist/Media Buyer, you will play a key role in developing and executing effective social media strategies and advertising campaigns for our F&B business.
Job Description:
1-Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation for our F&B business.
2-Create compelling and creative content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3-Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
4-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the F&B industry.
5-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent brand presence across social media channels.
6-Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
7-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new social media platforms, and emerging technologies to implement innovative strategies.
Job Qualifications:
1-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
2-Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or Media Buyer, preferably in the F&B industry.
3-Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
4-Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
5-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
6-Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
7-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
8-Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
9-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10-Familiarity with F&B industry trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics is a plus.
