Social Media Moderator (Girls Only)

Description

• Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date
• Processing messages and complaints, escalating when necessary
• Moderate pages located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media platforms.
• Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics and issues and outcomes
• Regularly feedback insights gained from moderation into the Social Media team

Job Requirements

• Age from 22: 30
• Bachelor’s degree, communications, or related field.
• More education or experience may be preferred.
• Experience required is one year at least.
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Ability to work on switched shifts 24/7.
• An eager desire to learn the business within an emerging, competitive, and rapidly growing industry.
• Proactive and energetic.
• Good communication skills.
• Good writing skills.
• Good Command of English. Written and speaking.
• Bachelor Degree.
