We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Assistant Team Leader to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of social media assistants to create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, excellent leadership skills, and a creative mindset.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of social media assistants to create and publish content on various social media platforms
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Social Media Manager
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in social media management
Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
