Job Vacancy: Site Engineer (Data Cabling - Copper/Fiber)

Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation of copper (Cat6/Cat6a) and fiber optic cables on-site.
Read and implement network layouts using AutoCAD or Visio.
Ensure compliance with international standards (TIA-568, ISO/IEC).
Manage installation teams and provide technical support.
Test cables using devices like Fluke DSX and OTDR, and generate accurate reports.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues during deployment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in structured cabling projects.
Solid knowledge of fiber splicing and termination techniques.
Proficiency with testing tools such as Cable Certifiers and OTDR.
Strong project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications such as CFOT or BICSI Installer.
Experience in data center cabling projects.
