Job Description:
Sell Johnson Controls Products & Services to primary decision makers, focusing on end users and service providers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships using company-defined sales processes and tools.
Optimize the link between the customer’s operational and business objectives and Johnson Controls solutions to provide a total value solution and competitive advantage.
Seek out, qualify, and close large and more complex new sales opportunities, specifically focusing on new business growth.
Create competitive, high-quality, timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis.
Ensure new proposals and bids comply with standards before customer presentation.
Own final negotiations on value and impact on the customer’s business to close the sale.
Utilize applicable sales tools effectively to plan and document progress and increase business growth.
Build and maintain a network of contacts and communicate effectively with the broader our team.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Experience from 0 to 3 years in a high-level, high-value, and complex sales position.
Experience in Chillers or HVAC industry is preferable.
Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrate strong technical subject matter expertise to foster credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment.
