Job Description: QA Engineer (Manual and Automation)

Position Overview:
We seek an experienced QA Engineer with manual automation testing expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have ISTQB certification, hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools, and a strong foundation in Agile-Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in performance testing tools, security testing, and the ability to leverage AI tools for automation and analytics is required.


Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Strategy:
Design and execute test plans, cases, and automation strategies for functional, performance, and security testing.
Use AI tools for test case generation, defect prediction, and automation scripting optimization.

Manual and Automation Testing:
Execute manual testing for new features, regression testing, and exploratory testing.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, or AI-enhanced frameworks such as Testim.io, Mabl, or Functionalize.
Implement AI-driven analytics to optimize test coverage and identify areas of improvement.

Performance Testing:
Use performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner, complemented by AI-based analysis for faster bottleneck identification.
Optimize application performance through comprehensive load testing and monitoring.

Security Testing:
Perform security testing using tools like Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, or AI-driven vulnerability scanners.
Identify vulnerabilities and collaborate with the development team to remediate issues.

AI Integration and Collaboration:
Implement AI tools to streamline QA processes, such as bug detection, test script maintenance, and defect prioritization.
Use machine learning models to predict potential failure points and reduce manual effort.

Agile-Scrum Collaboration:

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in an iterative environment.

Qualifications:
Certification: ISTQB certification is mandatory.

Experience:
Proven experience in manual and automation testing.
Proficiency in AI-powered testing tools such as Testim.io, Mabl, Applitools, or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Knowledge of security testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP) and best practices.
Strong understanding of Agile-Scrum methodologies.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages like Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
