*Senior QAEngineer
* Key Responsibilities
1-Functional Testing
-Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile apps, web apps, and APIs.
-Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Ensure defect tracking and resolution using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
2-Performance Testing
- Conduct stress testing to evaluate system behavior under extreme conditions.
-Perform load testing to ensure applications can handle expected user volumes.
- Use performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar platforms to simulate traffic and analyze results.
3-Collaboration and Reporting
-Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide detailed test reports and recommendations for quality improvements.
-Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
*Other Responsibilities
-Ensure compliance with established quality standards and best practices.
-Stay up to date with emerging trends and tools in software testing and quality assurance.
* Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering
*Skills & Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on manual and performance testing.
-Proficient in using JIRA and Azure DevOps for task management and defect tracking.
- Strong experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).
-Hands-on experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
-Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certifications:
-ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL)
-ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst
-ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager
-Experience with database testing using SQL.
-Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build process validation.
