We're hiring Senior Payroll Specialist
Field industrial: Contracting Group
Work Location: Katameya
Job Description:
Manage and execute payroll processes through SAP for a large workforce, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Handle all aspects of compensation and benefits, including but not limited to salary administration, bonuses, allowances, and deductions.
Utilize SAP to generate payroll reports, perform data analysis, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Ensure payroll-related queries and issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
3 : 5 years of experience minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, compensation, and benefits management.
Proficient SAP user with expertise in executing payroll and benefits tasks through the SAP system.
Strong knowledge of payroll, compensation and benefits practices.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Conditions:
2 Days off
Transportations
8 AM till 5 PM
