Requirements:
Experience: 3 to 5 years in organizational development and HR management
Knowledge: Strong understanding of organizational structure design, HR policies, and job analysis
Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Technical Proficiency: HR management software and Microsoft Office tools
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review organizational structures and HR policies
Implement strategies to enhance organizational performance
Recommend improvements for administrative processes and employee motivation
Oversee and support training and development programs
