Senior Interior Designer
Key Responsibilities:
1-Design Leadership:
Lead and oversee the design of hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other commercial spaces.
Develop and present design concepts that align with the client’s vision, brand identity, and project requirements.
2-Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, and finishes, ensuring quality and aesthetic consistency.
3-Creative Development:
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to deliver innovative and cutting-edge design solutions.
Develop detailed design drawings, 3D renderings, and other visual materials to communicate design concepts effectively.
4-Quality Assurance:
Ensure all design work meets industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
5-Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising design quality.
Source and select furnishings, fixtures, and equipment, negotiating with vendors and suppliers to achieve the best value.
6-Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including design briefs, specifications, and reports.
Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field .
Minimum of [5] years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of successful project management and design execution.
Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in hospitality design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
