We are looking for a Senior HR to lead our HR team and develop strategies that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR Project management, employee relations, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.
Provide support and guidance to management on HR-related issues.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR policies and practices.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent English language (writing and speaking)
Minimum of [5] years of experience in HR operation.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
