We, Advertising & Marketing Co in Jeddah, are looking for Salesmen to work on GETTING US ORDERS FROM THE MARKET. The candidate must comply with the following terms & conditions:
1) Must own a car & have the driving license.
2) Transferable Iqama (IMMEDIATELY).
3) Fluent in Arabic & English.
4) Excellent command on computers & E-mails.
5) Willing to work honestly for long term.
Package & Salary:
A) SR. 2,000 per month - Basic.
B) SR. 200 per month - Mobile expenses.
C) SR. 200 per month - Petrol expenses.
D) SR. 150 per month - Against vacation (every 23rd month).
E) SR. 150 per month - Additional.
TOTAL SR. 2,700 per month
Note:
1- The first three months will be training.
2- Second three months will be as grace period.
3- From the 7th month, revenue/sales of SR. 120,000 per month is required from the salesman against the mentioned package. Achieving the target (SR. 120,000 per month) will make this package continue and subject to grow/or increase, otherwise, deduction will be imposed.
4- Achieving above the target will open the of rewards, incentives, & other bonus facilities, i.e. salary increment, bearing parts of transportation expenses, participation in dependent fees, etc.
5- Any government expense, such as Iqama Transfer, renewal, insurance, etc will be divided 50/50 except the dependent fees, which will be 100% on the salesman.
6- Duty hours:
Sunday to Thursday: 8:00am to 4:30pm (12:30pm to 1:00pm break).
Saturday: 12:30pm to 4:30pm.
Friday: OFF.
