Oppo Egypt is hiring a “Sales Trainer”
Location: Alexandria

Job Description:
 Responsible for the Training of the new hires of Sales Department to give them full information about OPPO and the technical training about OPPO's product sales skills.
 Responsible for giving training of new models specifications and following promoters before being released in the market.
 Responsible for maintaining and developing the training materials to be fit to Egyptian market.
 Carrying on Inspection twice per week and reporting and determine all promoters' needs.
 Determine problems of area you are responsible for and try to fix it.
 Summarize all changes before and after training in the area that responsible for.

Job Requirements:
 Presentable and courteous.
 Very good listening skills.
 Very good communication (orally and written), interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
 Have presentation skills and the ability to convince.
 Flexible to travel.
