Position Summary
Trans Business is currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales operations in the Gharbiah region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coach the sales team to ensure the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Area Sales Manager.
Develop and execute sales plans and regional strategies to enhance revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, clients, and distribution channels.
Ensure effective product coverage, visibility, and presentation in retail outlets.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and assess market conditions.
Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain departments to ensure timely product delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or distribution industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Gharbiah market and its dynamics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
A valid driving license is Must
