Career opportunity in Egypt / Sales Manager (Agricultural Machinery)
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Selling, distribution and promotion of Tractors, generators and Machinery Spare Parts.
2. Reviews the annual Sales budget plan for all company machineries and accordingly prepares the annual Sales budget. Ensures alignment with the company’s vision and strategies, and obtains approval from his direct managers.
3. Prepares the policies & procedures manual for company Sales department, and ensures staff compliance.
4. Identifies, develops, and evaluates the Sales strategy for all company machineries.
5. Assesses competition data and uses it to identify areas for improvement, incorporating the required changes for company Sales programs.
6. Develops company corporate identity and maintains it by unifying the branding and positioning of the company image across all departments to ensure the internal & external projection of the company’s value proposition. Monitors the adherence of company’s employees to the company identity guidelines.
7. Responsible to lead and supervise the sales team, to achieve the assigned sales targets and to increase the market share with regards to the assigned product portfolio.
Job Qualifications:
• Bsc. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience 15 years and at least 5 years in similar position in sales of pivots & agricultural equipment in Egyptian market
• English is fluent and good computer literate
