Sales Coordinator/ Admin
Job Duties:
• Primarily assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
• Produce reports based on the sales
• Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs
• Maintain the administrative tasks
• Respond to any inquiries from the consumer
• prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in similar job.
- Female Only
- Very good English
- Proficient Office applications (word, xls and ppt)
- Excellent communication skills
