MCV – Mercedes-Benz is hiring a “Sales Administrator”:
Location: Obour
Job Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
• Assists with processing sales orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Serves as a point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions and providing information about trucks/bus models, pricing, and availability.
• Maintains and updates customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Generates and distributes regular sales reports, tracking performance metrics and sales trends.
• Helps organize sales events, trade shows, and customer demonstrations.
• Prepares and maintains sales-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and correspondence.
Job Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of English.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
• Previous administrative experience in a sales environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
