- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to effectively position the company's services.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the IT industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, and consulting offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
