Role Description
Recruitment Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

 Execute end-to-end  recruitment processes from job posting to hiring.
 Coordinate with department managers to understand  hiring needs.
 Screen résumés and conduct  interviews.
 Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates.
  Enhance the candidate experience and promote the company’s employer brand.
 Build a  talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
 Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Prepare and send  job offers to selected candidates.
 Support the  onboarding process (documentation, orientation, company introduction).

Requirements and Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in pharmaceutical companies.
 Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively analyze résumés.
 Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
 Good command of the English language.
