Badr for food industries is hiring Recruitment Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking_system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience; manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
Job Conditions:
Transportation provided for employees residing in Cairo.
Two days weekend (Fri and Sat)
Work location: Badr city.
