Position: Recruitment Specialist – Mass Hiring
Responsibilities:
Lead mass hiring processes: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with managers to meet recruitment needs.
Facilitate onboarding programs and employee recognition.
Organize morale-boosting events and maintain employee records.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years in HR (Mass Hiring is a MUST).
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Skills: HR courses in Recruitment, OD, or Performance Management are a plus.
Languages: Very good English.
