Job title : Recruitment specialist
We are looking for a recruitment specialist to join our Human Resources department in elshawaa trading group
Responsibilities:
Manage the sourcing process to meet manpower plan requirements.
Screen resumes versus job descriptions.
keep the database updated
Conduct face to face interviews and evaluate the selected candidates.
Follow up with the selected candidates during and after hiring procedures.
Send job offer emails to accepted candidates that include the required hiring papers
Requirements :
Proven work experience at least 3-5 years in recruitment
Experience in hiring blue collar & white collar is a must
Experience in retail is preferred
HR diploma or certificate is preferred
