Urgently HIRING R&D
Responsibilities:
1- Oversee the design and development of new cosmetic products, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
2- Lead and coordinate the R&D team to meet project deadlines effectively.
3- Develop strategies to enhance product quality and drive continuous innovation.
4- Conduct market analysis to introduce trendsetting solutions.
5- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align R&D projects with market demands.
6- Coordinate with Production to ensure seamless product transitions from development to manufacturing.
7- Ensure all products meet regulatory health and safety standards.
8- Manage internal audits to maintain quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2- Minimum of 7 years of R&D experience in the cosmetics or a related industry.
3- Thorough knowledge of cosmetic industry regulations.
4- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
