Job Description:
Defect Analysis: Analyze and track complex defects to ensure issues are resolved, maintaining thorough documentation.
Test Case Development: Convert user stories and acceptance criteria into comprehensive test cases.
Effective Communication: Collaborate seamlessly with engineers and stakeholders to ensure smooth development and testing processes.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of QA processes and methodologies.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years as a QC Engineer in a software company.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Testing Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Test Case Development: Ability to design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases.
Defect Management: Proficient in using Jira or other bug tracking tools.
Automation & API Testing (Preferred): Hands-on experience with Selenium and API testing.
Database Knowledge (Preferred): Experience with ORACLE and SQL databases.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail.
Certifications: ISTQB Foundation Level (FL) is a must; ISTQB Agile is preferred.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
