We are a retail company looking for an  Purchasing Specialist to join our team.
(Alexandria Residents)

Key Responsibilities:

1- Managing the full purchasing process, including vendor selection, negotiations, and order placement.
2- Forecasting and reordering products to ensure adequate stock levels.
3- Analyzing product cost, pricing, and market trends to optimize purchasing decisions.
4- Reviewing inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment.
5- Organizing promotional offers and managing pricing strategies.
6- Coordinating with the team to ensure timely delivery of goods and manage stock efficiently.
7- Using ERP systems to track inventory, orders, and supplier communications.

Requirements:

. Retail experience of 2-4 years, preferably in large chains.
. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, or related fields.
. Strong proficiency in Excel and Word.
. Experience with ERP systems.
. Proven ability to forecast and reorder stock, manage cost analysis, and product pricing.
. Ability to review and maintain accurate inventory levels and handle supplier coding.
. Experience in developing and managing promotional offers.

Working type: Full time ( On-site ).
Working hours: 9 hours/day.
Working days: 6 days/week.
Location: King Mariout, Alexandria, Egypt.
