Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination:

    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    • Ensure all project requirements and objectives are clearly defined, documented, and communicated to team members.
  • Team Leadership & Communication:

    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
    • Foster clear communication within the project team and with stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on goals, timelines, and expectations.
    • Organize and lead project meetings to track progress, discuss challenges, and resolve issues.
  • Risk & Issue Management:

    • Identify potential risks and issues related to the project’s scope, timeline, or resources and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Resolve any problems that may arise during the project lifecycle, proactively managing conflicts, delays, or other challenges.
  • Budget & Resource Management:

    • Monitor project budgets to ensure costs are within scope and resources are utilized effectively.
    • Track project expenses, manage budgets, and provide regular financial reports.
    • Ensure proper resource allocation to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Project Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Regularly track and report on project status, milestones, and deadlines to management and stakeholders.
    • Prepare detailed project documentation, including progress reports, project plans, and post-project evaluations.
    • Provide timely updates to stakeholders and senior leadership regarding project developments and any deviations from the plan.
  • Project Delivery & Closure:

    • Ensure successful project delivery within the agreed-upon scope, quality, timeline, and budget.
    • Conduct project post-mortem evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
    • Close out projects by ensuring all deliverables have been met, completing any final documentation, and transitioning ownership to the appropriate department or client.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) as a Project Manager, overseeing multiple projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar project management qualifications.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to lead teams through change and adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Knowledge of risk management techniques and tools.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
